Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the "Digital Ethics & Decentralized Freedom©" program ("the Course") offered by InnerChain® ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course content through our designated learning platform. Access is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access the Course materials indefinitely, subject to these Terms.

2. Digital Content — No Refunds

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing access to digital content (pre-recorded video modules and downloadable resources);
• You expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content upon purchase;
• You waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that may otherwise apply under consumer protection laws, including but not limited to EU Directive 2011/83/EU;
• No refunds will be issued once access to the Course has been granted.

3. Intellectual Property

All Course content — including but not limited to videos, audio, text, graphics, downloadable materials, and the overall structure and presentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of InnerChain and its creators. This content is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Course content;
• Share your login credentials or Course access with others;
• Record, download (except where explicitly permitted), or capture Course content;
• Use Course content for commercial purposes or to create derivative works;
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to the Course.

Violation of these intellectual property provisions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The content represents the views and opinions of the instructors and is not intended as financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content;
• Warranties that the Course will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnerChain, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Course, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on Course content;
• Any damages arising from your use of blockchain technology, digital wallets, or decentralized systems.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the technical requirements to access the Course;
• Any decisions or actions you take based on the Course content;
• Conducting your own research before making any financial or technological decisions;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Course will cease immediately, and no refund will be provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Course after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
